Return and Refund Policy

SELLING POLICIES:

All sales are in U.S. Dollars (USD). You can pay via our virtual POS using:

  • debit/credit cards

  • PayPal

  • bank transfer to the designated account

The client is responsible for all transfer fees. To begin the process, register on our website or via a link from one of our associates. Once we confirm your payment, you’ll gain access to our advisors.

REFUND POLICIES:

Consultant offers a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of initial payment received by the Consultant.
Any changes, cancellation, or early withdrawal after thirty (30) days IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CANCELATIONS POLICY:
After thirty (30) days, Client is FULLY responsible to financially cover:

  • I. One thousand ($1,000) dollars to cover the BSR Idiomas English Academy, if the Client credentialing case was NOT open with the verification agency (CGFNS or JS&A) or a Board of Nursing in the U.S.

    I.I. The Client will maintain access to BSR Idiomas English Academy services for twelve (12) months from the date of the initial payment received by the Consultant

  • II. UNPAID BALANCE OF THE CONTRACTUAL AMOUNT (Section 3: Fees) is due IN FULL if the Client case was open with the verification agency (CGFNS or JS&A) or a Board of Nursing. Client shall be obligated to pay within thirty (30) days of the effective date of termination, the COMPLETE BALANCE of the Service Fee (as defined in Section 3: Fees) to compensate the Consultant for Services performed and time invested through the effective date of termination on behalf of the Client, plus any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Consultant in furtherance of the Services provided hereunder

PROCEDURES OF APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:

In case the Client is having problems or claims, the Client must first contact their advisor via the regular communication channels.

If the Client does not obtain a satisfactory response or resolution, a formalize complaint should be sent to the email info@nashgroup.com with a clear and concise explanation of the problem to be able to re-evaluate and given a definitive response.

The relationship between Nash Advisory and the Client will be governed by current U.S. regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the place or site indicated abovein Section 9: Applicable Law; Venue.

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of the data and request its deletion.
In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims.
